i get a soreness feeling in teh pouch area, more by my tailbone, and it also comes and goes. id lilke to know what it is too. i feel like for me it COULD be diet related, or it also just seems to happen more often when im going a lot, or toward the end of a 24 hour period where im into my 8th 9th 10th crap of the day...
