Jpouch bud or.something else

Last year I was have in my butt bud(pimple) when empy my jpouch and.washing.with water I have pain when.washing..and when touch I think.have many pimples (bud)'..but they.dissapear now.this year yestarday come.this problem..now.I have this problem.after last year ..nothing help I dont know what cause can because. Something.eat. ? When.washing.pain...youch buds.and dont.know.what cause is.any.have this.problem
