Dancing Girl, have you had bloodwork done? Check your blood sugar levels to see why younfeelmfamished and fainty? It could be low blood sugar. 

Ginger candies might have lots of sugar. Try buying a chunk of fresh ginger root from a grocery store. Break off a small 1inch piece and grate it carefully, or chop finely, steep this in boiled water. If you want to use Stevia to sweeten, or add a lemon slice and steep for five minutes. Pour into a big thermos and keep it with you during the day, sip all day, refreshing it with boiled water as needed.
