We may have discussed this on a different thread, but has your surgeon mentioned a defecogram? If the scope doesn’t answer the question then one possibility could be a prolapse. It would cause similar problems to pelvic floor dysfunction, but has a very different solution...and is best diagnosed with a defecogram.
