I found that inulin has helped me with my J-pouch I don't take antibiotics often The other day I thought I needed to take inulin. I could not because I used my supply up. I had to wait two weeks to order a new supply. I bought eight bottles of it. Several times I was tempted to call my doctor to get a prescription for flagyl. When I got my supply of inulin, I took it twice today.. Now I don't see the need to call my doctor to get a prescription for flagyl. I feel more calmer and my but is not burning. I feel inulin does help me.
