OK, I get what you are talking about. I have had Kaiser, a non profit HMO that is also the provider, for over 50 years. The structure is similar to Cleveland and Mayo Clinics. Most everything is Kaiser supplied. Almost like the Army. So, my experience is vastly different than many others.
