I'm curious too about how inflammation works. I have had a pretty sever 'inflammatory' reaction to humira and I'm wondering too if there is anything I can do to reduce systemic inflammation (other than the prednisone I'm already taking).

Rebel, I'm sorry I can't provide any info re brain and spine (although that is my worry as well).
