Reply to "Imodium at altitude"

I am with Shainy. It is not the Imodium, but the effect of altitude. However, I don't think it is an effect on your pouch, but your entire body. I ALWAYS get dehydrated at higher altitudes. This is especially true when hiking. Thinner air means heavier breathing, and you blow off more moisture.
