If you start shaving it can get itchy if u don’t keep up with it. I’d also try the Lotermin and the water/bidet and see if that helps. Since you have a bit more acids in your stool, your butt needs to get used to it. It’ll calm down.
Aftwr one of my obstructions, when I was in the hospital, my nurse gave me Coloplast Barrier Cream and it worked well.
If I go rashy- bc I didn’t wipe well (it happens), I use my baby’s Triple Cream and that works wonders.
the other thought is maybe you have a little inflammation in the rectum of your pouch? That causes super itchiness for me. Your doc can help determine if that’s the case. Good luck.
