Definitely dry mouth, feeling weak, dry lips, and straining. My combat methods are eating salty snacks and healthy sugar foods throughout the day with water. I put salt in my water sometimes though. A lot of fruit juices are filled with electrolytes too, especially lemonade, cranberry, and ORANGE JUICE. V8 juice and pedialyte are great too. I drink water before, during, and after every meal. I have anywhere between 13-20 BMS a day so I have to drink fluids throughout the day or else I feel sick.
