humira nad getting to where it works

I just started Humira and know that it takes time to kick in, I take the second dose on Saturday.

I am on Cipro/Tinizadole and Pred as I am obviously not in good shape, but they are currently not working and I am in the bathroom every hour again.

Is there another option for me in the meantime until Humira (hopefully) works?
