If you have cancer, or dysplasia, pre-colectomy, or you have chronic inflammation, you should be scoped annually. Otherwise it's discretionary.

I have had a colonoscopy or pouchoscopy every year since 1972. I had dysplasia pre colectomy and pouchitis for over 25 years.
