Reply to "How much time is need to form stools"

Hello, Borislav.

Each person is different, some take a few hours and other take longer. It also depends on what foods you eat, the amount you eat, and how fast It is processed by your stomach, then into your intestine, and finally your pouch. If you want to know how long before it comes out, you could try a test: Eat some cooked beets and make a note of the time. Then wait to see how long it takes to come out. You'll know how many hours because beets have a bright red colour like blood and beets will turn your stools red, so don't be scared, just remember it's the beets, and it's not forever. Or try eating blueberries.
