When I awake in the Mornings; without fail. I take One Loperamide, sometimes two and then I intend to take at least another one or two throughout the day but I don't always remember.
Consistency of my output reminds me to take my pills and judge whether I take one or two.
My Bowel Movement are roughly 3 to 4 per day, sometimes 5; if I feel I’m using the toilet more often then normal or my output is more lose than normal, then I’ll pop another two Loperamide; I never take more than six per day.
