When you uriniate, everything is relaxed, so that makes stuff come out. I am 6 years out and whenever I urinate, most of the time I poop because everything is soo relaxed. A lot of people on this site say the same thing as well.

Since you are soo early, that is why you do not have much control. In the future you will most likely have control and choose to let everything out anyway like most of us on this site.
