Now you already have many good advices here. Hernia isn't curable per se by medication, you can ofcourse prevent it from happening or if its there you can inhibit it from growing any further. The only sure cure is a surgery.My friend had one while working out , its been 2 years his pain has almost reduced to none and its size also shrunk to nothing. He took a lot of precaution as in workout belts and applying warm pads everyday and does it till this date. He was advised to get operated but he chose not to and cure it by any means he could and somehow did it.
