Has your GI recommended a permanent solution like the rubber banding treatment?

I had this years ago prior to jpouch surgery.

I would think the treatment would be the same, jpouch or no jpouch.

I had tried everything to avoid a procedure but I was in so much discomfort I finally had it done.
