I’ve had my pouch since 2000. Have suffered with pouchitis numerous times over the years. Several years ago my Dr recommend VSL #3. I’ve found 1 capsule twice a day has made all the difference to me. It is a little expensive but I have not had pouchitis as often as in the past.
