Hair loss and some skin issues?

I was wondering is anyone else had issues with hair loss or hair thinning out after having their colon taken out. Also, have you had issues with your skin in general after surgery too. I noticed my hair seemed to really thin out recently and have seen a few videos on you tube regarding this issue. I guess it is more prevalent in women than men though. As far as skin issues, I also know that some people in general who have crohn's or UC have skin issues, but after the surgery, it seems to have gotten a lot worse with me, especially since I already had issues with it prior to this surgery. Just trying to figure things out.
