Reply to "Hair Care Tips :)"

Just a note on iron supplements, courtesy of my GI doc. They shouldn't be taken unless there is an actual deficiency or need and in such cases iron levels should be monitored. Taking extra iron can mask blood loss and it can cause mucosal irritation in the small intestine in addition to cramping and stomach upset.

On the other hand, Biotin, a B vitamin, might help hair grow faster. -- Rose
