Gas in my “pouch!”

Hi Everyone,

This is BURD...my husband and I went on our cruise. Everything went just great...am grateful! At the moment I am not thinking of reversal. Here is my issue. I would say 75% of my issues would be gas in my J-pouch. Does anyone have any tips on a product that would absorb some of the gas? I work just one a day a week at a local winery...doing wine tasting. It’s fun ...but the more I talk...the more gas I produce! And my “pouch” does not know the difference between gas and “well you know!” That is when I have the most problems with leakage! Anyone else with this issue? I hope I will know how to access the responses...I am really not that great at “texty” stuff! 🤓 Thank you for your help and support! Please...all of you “take care!”
