So for years I knew I have gallstones. Dr Shen stated my random pains in my abdomen are most likely from scar tissues from my 10+ surgeries. Gallbladder should only be removed if becomes infected/inflamed, or a lot of pain that does not go away. So basically nobody can say for sure if my pains are from adhesions or gallbladder. I don't want to just have another surgery and still have issues or create more. My fear is my loose stool will increase therefore making my very minor leakage issue a bigger issue. I had an MRI on my kidney today for a different issue, but they showed me the gallbladder and I have 8 large stones pretty much taking up the whole space of the gallbladder.
1. if its full of stones, is it even functioning at all? if not functioning, then will having it out not be any change to bowels and having more diarrhea ?
2. I fear having out will cause more leakage issues if the stool is even looser than it already is, or the bile will cause more severe butt burn..
