I had my gall bladder removed 7 years before my j pouch surgery. After is was removed I noticed no difference in anything except the pain was gone of course that the bad gall bladder was causing. Then several years later came my UC diagnosis. I wouldn't worry about it too much. The gall bladder is pretty much a useless organ. Good luck!
