Only thing I can suggest is something that gives you gas... Protein drinks.
I was using one called Raw Protein.
It put it on fast but I don't work out and it all went to my gut.
It's not a fancy malty chocolaty one. It's chocolate flavored but not what you would think. Most places have samples you can try of different products. You can give it a shot without investing in a large quantity of it.
