Fruits and Veggies with BCIR

Well got inspired to make infused water, juicing, etc. So I did a pretty lengthy post with photos about how I am eating my fruits and veggies lately. I understand some things are gassy, or just a pain to deal with later if not chewing right. So this is my solution. Something I did prior, minus the h20, and wanted to continue. I can now see when done right I could manage a pretty good raw vegan diet 50% of the time.

I always have some swear words but no nudity, etc. So pretty much safe for work.
