Ahh!! Pumpkin!! Yes, I had forgotten about that. I am going to take some canned pumpkin and just warm it up... perhaps sprinkle a little nutmeg or cinamon on it... Thanks for reminding me.  I always seem to get a bit nauesous when I drink smoothies... so I'll pass on that but maybe think of other ways to eat chia and flax seeds.
