Fatigue and weight loss

Ever since I had my daughter ive been having alot of bms. I went to my gi and he diagnosed me with pouchitis. I was put on flagyl over a week ago. I still feel exhausted all the time and I lost some weight too. Is this due to the pouchitis or could it be something else?
