I know we blame gas on foods. Which is correct. I had the same painful problem. And cleaning the mess.

One thing I did notice. Never did before. But we all swallow air. Either when eating or not. It has to go somewhere. If you chew gum you will swallow air.

But if you don't chew gum Knock that off your list.
