I didn't really know for sure it was working until I had a scope about 4 months after starting Entyvio and found out the ulcers were shrinking. I do remember thinking almost after the introductory infusion that things seemed more normal; but that was just a feeling. I didn't feel particularly awful before starting Entyvio. Sorry I'm not more help.
