elevated calprotectin levels with entyvio

I just got results of a fecal Calprotectin test reading “borderline”. I take Entyvio, and have for quite some time. In theory, if the Entyvio is working, would my levels be normal? In other words, what does a borderline result, considering the Entyvio, indicate?
