Hi friends

dr Shen told me to start on NOW brand 400 mg of Egcg green tea extract daily for one month to see if my symptoms remit. I have chronic pouchitis and we are contemplating Entivio next. Has anyone had success with the egcg? Please tell me there is hope I just don’t want to start a biologic
