C. diff is quite unpleasant. It’s possible that whatever antibiotic was used for the E. coli made you more susceptible to C. diff. A lot of folks have reported it here, so it’s not rare, but most J-pouchers don’t get it. It can be hard to eradicate, so I hope yours disappears without putting up a fight.
