Yeah, I'm still trying to figure things out, even though I've had my pouch for 12 years now. i never really cared too much when/where i went since I was in school this whole time. I just recently started taking Immodium daily and last year was when I first started taking the Metamucil regularly. The problem I'm facing is that I'm getting too clogged up. I tried reducing the dosage, but that didn't have the slowing effects I wanted.
