Hi Erin,
There is no minimum order quantity for the catheters so you can purchase as many as needed. For the purchase order, using part #15285 with the description 30 Fr 24” Catheter for the 30 Fr and #15295 with the description 34 Fr 24” Catheter for the 34 Fr would be sufficient. If the hospital would like to place an order feel free to send me the PO and I’ll send it over to production right away.
As far as insurance, it really depends on the individuals coverage. Since there are so many different plans it is hard to tell for sure, but yes it is possible insurance may cover the cost.

I apologize for the delay in response. The past few months we have been extremely busy filling orders and unable to produce the new catheters, but as we begin to return to normalcy we can get them made for you. We are offering a 30 Fr 24” and 34 Fr 24” catheter in the new flexible material and the part numbers are as follows:
30 Fr 24” - 15285
34 Fr 24” – 15295
Both catheters are $38/unit. If you would like to place an order, please send me a purchase order and I’ll send it over to production. Hope this helps.
