I know that this post is from 2016 but I am experiencing the same symptoms! Constant urge to go but I'm lucky if a teaspoon comes out. I've been through two rolls of TP in 4 hours!! My gastro told me to take Dulcolax (which I did) but you have me thinking that it may be pouchitis.
