I Align probiotic and eat yogurt or drink Kiefer. I also use Alive multivitamins. They work for me.  They come in a liquid as well as tablet, but a warning, it tastes horrible.

I do lifting with light weights 10lbs and under for upper body, a leg press for lower.  I've done this for many years. I don't see a problem with lifting as long as you begin with light weights and work your way up.

Oh great! 10 pounds is definitely okay; just do not go over 20pounds and you should be fine.

Working your way up pass 20 pounds is not reccomended for us, we are more fragile than colon folks.
