Dallas surgeon for j-pouch

I had emergency surgery for a toxic megacolon (suffering from UC) and have an ostomy. I am now am trying to find the best surgeon in Dallas to create a j-pouch. It is my understanding that I will have to have 2 more surgeries in order to accomplish this and I want to make sure I make the right choice. I would appreciate any assistance and recommendations in finding the right surgeon. Thank you.
