Sounds like you could be starting with pouchitis, the bleeding could also be from a hemorrhoid triggered from your increased trips to the bathroom. When I get these symptoms I cut down on what I eat, especially junk food and avoid alcohol. I also make sure I take probiotics. Worth checking in with your doc to get their thoughts, since your surgery is still pretty new.
