And omg!!!! Steroids did a lot on you!!! That must have been a crazy hard time for you! I am sorry! Do you take calcium pills for your osteoprosis??? And do not blame yourself! You did not know, that is perfectly understandable. Sometimes the docs do not tell us everything unfortunately. I got my J-pouch at 22 and a couple days after surgery, I I found out that J-pouchers have a 50% infertility rate. I was like, "how come no one told me this?" Lol. Some doctors do not tell you everything lol

yes steroids really messed up my bones and joints . Yea true . now I do my own research As well in addition to Following doctors recommendations .
