And yeah, i do not blame you for that! I would probably do the same thing as you if I had serious side effects too. We have been through enough lol. At least with the Montelukast, that will give you more asthma protection; and its NOT a steroid too, so you should definitely be fine I am not sure if you use a nebulizer too, but that works way better than an inhaler- it takes a long time but its worth it!

If you do not mind me asking, what side effects did you have in the past???
