Three doses of Paxlovid in and i have horrible diarrhea...stomach does not feel great either. I am considering stopping the meds. I started it on the 3rd day after symptoms, so I am guessing I was starting to feel better without the Paxlovid. Did anybody else have this happen?

the diarrhea could be from Covid itself..
