COVID-19 and J-Pouch

Hello, I am a 52 year female with UC I have had a j-Pouch since 2008, and I’m very happy to say that I have been very healthy with a few bouts of pouchitis over the years but nothing real serious. This past weekend I suffered some severe abdominal sharp pains in the high part of my stomach right bellow my breast, a pain I had never experienced before and it got so bad that I went to the emergency department and they did bloodwork and ultrasound and could not find anything abnormal. I was sent home and I started vomiting and having severe diarrhea for the following 12 hours to which point I had to return to the hospital for IV because I was so dehydrated and again they said it must be a stomach flu. I went home and decided to take a Rapid antigen test and tested  positive for Covid on Tuesday with no cold like symptoms at all. It is now Thursday and the cold like symptoms are here now, nothing major but clearly I have Covid.  I am interested to find out if anyone else with IBD and a J-pouch have had any digestive symptoms with a positive Covid test?? I want to know if Covid caused my digestive issues or if I got Covid at the hospital.
