I definitely have a fistula of that nature and it began the same way. After some time, I began to notice small amounts of contents of the j-pouch leaking through as well. It’s dreadful! I’ve been dealing with this for around a year or more. I’m scared to pursue surgery for it though. I’m not sure what to do.😟 I feel for you.
