clinical trials? or other solutions

hi, I've been dealing w/ chronic pouchitis ever since my ileostomy takedown last March. also developed an anal abscess and fistula which required 2 surgeries so far, and still hasn't closed up. the doctor says it's Crohns of the pouch and put me on Cimzia. still i need antibiotics sometimes...but i'm really worried about becoming resistant/refractory. i'm on a strict diet, no dairy or raw vegs which help a lot, but can't stop the pouchitis. anyone know of any upcoming clinical trials for CD of the pouch?
