Cimzia and rash

I am using cimzia. I develop a rash after every injection. It is mostly on my arms, near my shoulders. The doctor has me on low doses of prednisone but this time it broke through even with the steroids and won't go away. It actually is getting worse every day. Does anyone have a remedy besides steroids? He says he won't take me off of cimzia for a rash. Easy for him to say as he isn't the one itching and burning.
