Chronic UTIs after surgery

Hey there! I need some help/advice and to see if anyone else has had this same problem. I’m almost 4 most post takedown surgery and doing pretty well! Jpouch is working well and I’m feeling good with that, BUT, ever since my first surgery in June 2019, I’ve had chronic issues with my bladder. I get nerve pain that lasts a few days and that comes on suddenly and then completely goes away for a few weeks until it comes back again. Also, I’ve been getting frequent UTIs. Never had this problem before my jpouch surgeries! I just finished ATB for a uti about 2 weeks ago and now I have another uti. I do not leak any stool and have excellent hygiene...I just don’t understand what is going on? The UTIs come on suddenly but I’ve also had them come on the day after sex. I’ve been to urology and they were no help. I definitely feel like between the UTIs and nerve pain, something has happened to my bladder after surgery. I don’t know what to do? Any ideas?
