Antibiotics work best for most people, and it’s important to find the one(s) that work for you. If you’re already doing that there are a number of steps people take to see further improvement, including VSL #3 DS, Lomotil or Imodium at bed time, no meals in the later evening, and a bit of fatty food (like a spoonful of peanut butter) at bed time.
