I started with a cannabis clinic here in Canada. They walked me through everything from dosing to learning what the best way for me to consume the cannabis would be. YOU DONT HAVE TO SMOKE IT! As a matter of fact, its better for your bowels to ingest it (Capsule, or Oil.)
