Don’t know never had Pouchitis . I’ve had urgency to go since day one . I can hold it tell I get to a restroom , and most of the time it’s the size of a dime or smaller I can set there for 15 minutes nothing more comes out but as soon as I get up and walk five feet or so that urge comes back ? Other than that I feel great
