Hi. I’m new to this forum but have had my J pouch for 30 years. In reference to the butt burn, I could not survive without Critic Aid Thick Barrier Paste. It’s a cream I apply before I use the restroom. It coats and protects my skin and keeps it from breaking down. It has absolutely been my life line all these years. My pharmacy keeps it in stock for me.
